  • resolving a single problem

We also provide remote log-in support and telephone support where these are required.

Additional specialised services

  • Strategic system review and realignment
  • User access and general security reviews
  • Database manipulation (eg masterfile code changes)
  • Infrastructure audits to avoid potential down time
