Implementation

The Computer Bird’s tried and trusted approach to project implementation encompasses:

• completing a full business analysis through SYSPRO process modelling to define your needs and business processes
• understanding your KPIs
• identifying areas requiring customised solutions
• creating a full SYSPRO pilot system using your sample data and building a model of the solution that will be implemented.
• once the model has been accepted, a detailed project plan is put in place to implement the solution.
• the project plan includes everything from data conversions and data entry, to verifying the network and hardware requirements.
• user training is key - users must be properly trained to utilise the full power and functionality of SYSPRO software and make a quick and successful transition to the new system.

At the end of the two-month live running period, a project review is held to identify and address any outstanding issues and plan how the client will migrate to on-going support of the system.
